All our experiences are purchased online. If you want to give a gift, once you select the experience choose the option 'I want it as a gift'; the recipient will receive an email on the date you indicate, with the booking code and the dedication you wish to write.

Yes, all of them, with one (rather logical) exception. During the table massage time it is not possible to drink beer. Nor while you are in the sauna.

Along with its breadth of meaning and consciousness, Tēdelūpulo has broad hours: it opens with the mid-morning sun (11 AM) and does not close until well into the night (midnight). Whoever arrives late will be unpunctual — and so will whoever arrives early; arrive on time, the waters await at just the right temperature.

First things first: don't forget your swimsuit; Tēdelūpulo will provide towels, robes and a hair dryer. And attention: if your circuit is "Oriental Date", we also expect you with your finest socks.

Don't — it's a date. Consider that experiences are private and slots are therefore limited. If you have no other option, please notify us with enough notice: a week ahead would be wonderful for our scheduling.

Are circuits refundable?

Because experiences are private with limited capacity, purchases and vouchers are not refundable in cash. You can reschedule with enough notice, transfer your booking or voucher to another person, or reactivate your voucher after the expiration date by paying a minimum fee.

At Mario Bravo 890, parking is street parking: you park where you can, as in any city worth its name. The area has parking meters and on some nearby blocks there are none. There is no reserved spot, but there is no rush either: the circuit waits and the water stays warm.

Are there vegan or gluten-free options?

Yes. The Thai Lotus circuit is fully vegan: falafel, plant-based marinated cheese, barley tea and beers that do not use animal products. For those avoiding gluten, let us know in advance and we adjust the food. Craft beer, by its nature, can also be chosen wheat-free.

Not at all. Tēdelūpulo is for those who have never dipped in a hot tub and for those who have lost count. Our hosts guide every step of the circuit: from the first shower to the last sip of beer. There are no rigid protocols, only the invitation to let go.
